A STONE’S THROW FROM THE SEA
Camping Leo is located in the urban area of Spotorno, a town on the western Ligurian Riviera in the province of Savona
It is a five-minute walk from the campground to the town center, while the beach is 500 m away and is conveniently connected to the campground by a bicycle path. It is also easily accessible from the highway and train station. Camping Leo has ample flat space for pitches, naturally shaded and with grassy ground.
All pitches have electric hookups available, and one set has water loading and unloading, with the possibility of using chemical toilets. Many sports can be practiced in the area surrounding the campground, including mountain biking (MTB), hiking, sailing, canoeing and paragliding. In Spotorno and nearby there are several diving centers for diving, while in nearby Finale Ligure it is possible to go freeclimbing.
Inland, immediately behind Spotorno, you can go hiking or biking amidst the typical colors of Mediterranean vegetation. Particularly on the Manie Plateau you will find many typical trattorias where, with little expense, you can savor the tastes and smells of Ligurian cuisine. The sanitary facilities are divided into two blocks, with free hot water available for showers.
Camping Leo, thanks to its quiet and tranquility, is particularly suitable for a tourism ti family type. There is a service for handicapped persons. Facilities also include a laundromat and wi-fi coverage throughout the campground area with minimal fees.
