4580 inhabitants and 814 hectares of territorial extension. It is a charming bathing place, 13 Km to Savona, the chief town of province.

It is sited along the occidental part of the Riviera of the west and it has the form of an ark between “Punta del Maiolo” on the North-East side and “Punta del Vescovato” on the south side.

Spotorno was an ancient marine village and you can see this by having a trip to its quadrangular planted castle (dated XIVth century), to its Medieval village and to the old centre built up on the parallel axis to the coast line drew by Via Mazzini and Via Garibaldi, the principal streets in the city.

Streets are also intersected by the famous “Carruggi”, typical ways of Liguria. Here you can find shops, entertainment and people all over the world.
