PRIVACY OF PERSONAL DATA

Under Article. 13 D. Legislative Decree No 196/2003 called "Code on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the personal information you provide to Camping Leo or otherwise acquired by the Company in accordance with the laws and contractual provisions, will be treated in compliance with the above and the obligations of confidentiality.

PURPOSE OF TREATMENT

Personal data is collected in order to fulfill requirements related to contractual obligations' s concerned, as the legal obligations and tax, for accounting, billing, credit management, as well as for 'sending notices and background information, promotion and popularization.

The data will be processed using suitable means to ensure the security and confidentiality and can be performed using automated tools to store, manage and transmit the data.

NATURE OF DATA AND EFFECT OF REFUSAL TO PROVIDE
